Our coffee & suppliers

Good coffee, explained simply.

A balanced house espresso, rotating guest coffees and careful preparation without making anyone feel they need to speak the language of a competition judge.

Roasted coffee beans
The coffee programme

Seasonal beans from small UK roasters.

Daniel Costa works directly with our roasting partners to select coffees that are clear, balanced and enjoyable across espresso and milk drinks. The house espresso changes seasonally, while the guest filter programme highlights individual farms, regions and processing styles.

We serve batch brew for an easy everyday cup and hand-brewed filter coffee when you want to slow things down.

HOUSE ESPRESSO

Comforting and balanced.

Selected to work beautifully as espresso, flat white, cappuccino or latte.

GUEST COFFEE

One origin at a time.

A rotating coffee for batch and hand-brewed filter, with approachable tasting notes.

MILK CHOICES

Oat at no extra cost.

Dairy and oat milk as standard, with almond and coconut available for £0.30.

Ethical sourcing

Questions we ask before a product reaches the counter.

We favour suppliers who can explain where ingredients come from, how people are paid and what long-term relationships exist in the supply chain.

Quality matters, but so do seasonality, consistency, affordability and whether an ingredient genuinely improves the dish or drink.

We buy carefully, cross-use ingredients through the menu, compost where practical and use reusable, recyclable or compostable takeaway packaging.

Local supply network

Roasters, growers, bakers and makers.

Our launch partners are fictional placeholders while supplier agreements are finalised. The model is designed around small UK roasters, nearby bakeries, seasonal farms and East London makers.
